Our microgreens are delicious – they are super fresh, super crisp and each has it’s own unique flavour. Grown in living soil, they are full of vitality and nutrients that can only come through the symbiosis of plant and soil life.
Full of chlorophyll from the energy of the sun our microgreens are packed full of flavour and bring beauty to your plate.
Sunflower microgreens are big, light green and tender – they have a mild and nutty-earthy flavour. One of our favourite greens, they are great as a side to a hearty meal which needs a hit of something crisp and fresh.
Green radish microgreens are a deep green and have the same peppery kick you’d expect from a baby radish. They are great with white meats and Asian flavours.
Red radish microgreens are a deep purple-red and have that same bitey flavour as their green cousins. We love eating them in a miso soup or using them to give some kick to a cheese and tomato sandwich!
Pea microgreens are sweet and crisp – growing them in soil and harvesting them young makes them so much yummier than standard pea shoots! You’ll be surprised at how tasty these tendrils can be. Pea shoots are delicious raw but can also be wilted and they’re great alongside poached eggs.
Beetroot microgreens have a delicate earthy flavour and stunning glossy magenta stems with small green leaves. They give a subtle depth to a salad and make any meal look like something special.
